Party branch of Roshow Group Co.,Ltd was found in June, 1998. The superior party committee approved to establish general party branch in March, 2010 and approved to establish party committee in September, 2013. At present, there are five branches in the general branch, which contains 11 party groups and 107 party members.
Group committee attaches great importance to enterprise party building, guided by the spirit of the eighteen party and general secretary Xi Jinping, gives full play to the advantages of Ideological and political work, strengthen the construction of Party organizations and the construction of cohesive forces, makes great efforts to to promote team work and other mass organizations work, greatly stimulate all employees’ passion to work hard, be honest and trustworthy, and consciously practice the socialist core values. A series of activities of “Communist Party responsibility”,“double knot double training” party members democratic evaluation and “create benefit for enterprise; abtain honor for party; increase happiness to family”, makes the Party member’s status more specific and their performance more prominent in the production and management work and the role of the party organization more obvious. To be a a qualified member of the Communist Party has become a kind of yearning and pursuit of the broad masses of workers, which walks on a new way of building a win-win relationship between Party building and enterprise development.
Party building work promotes enterprise development and the enterprise development promotes the smooth development of Party building work conversely. Group Party building work has been fully affirmed by the provincial, Shaoxing, Zhuji leaders at all levels and won the title of “Shaoxing five grassroots party organizations”, “labor relations harmonious enterprise”, “demonstration grass-roots trade union organizations”, “Zhuji advanced enterprise of “ strong development and party construction”, “five star” party organization one by one. Today, the party building work aims at Roshow’s long term development and step on a new road of creating a hundred enterprise.
